In Chapter 2 of your text you also learned definitions that are present within alternative families. You also earned about alternative families common experiences and resiliency of this population.
Please use your chapter readings and use the Library to research peer-reviewed studies to respond to the following:
Prepare a list of definitions of the various forms of alternative families.
Knowledge of common experiences of persons from alternative families was reviewed in your reading. Demonstrate this understanding by illustrating common themes present from various alternative family structures.

Individuals and the entire family have experienced risks living as an alternative family in society. Please examine resiliency in alternative families by discussing at minimum three risks to healthy functioning experienced by alternative families. Then discuss how resiliency is also present in order to address the three risk factors presented.
Policies are continually developed and your readings review a few that have been enacted. Analyze these policies. Once this is complete, provide a summary of the two different policies and include your overall analysis on how this polices assist members living in alternative families.
