Detailed Assignment Instructions
You will collaborate with your partner to research a training program within an organization and discuss the key elements of the program model.
Make sure you have posted your group member names and topic to the Presentation #4 discussion board already. NO TWO GROUPS CAN SUBMIT THE SAME COUNTRIES OR STATES TO COMPARE, so please review other group submissions before posting your own.
Use the AU Libraries databases or other credible sources to find information about your topic. Some sources might include, theLinks to Links to an external site., Census,ks to an external site.. If you need assistance searching, feel free to contact the Education Librarian, Todd Shipman.
Create a presentation file and record with your group partner in Zoom. Your presentation should include the following:
a title slide with the names of the group members

a list of the selected country and state you will use in your comparisons, along with the United States.

a comparison of all three (country, USA, and state) in appropriate graphical form with the following information (include the source of data on each slide):

Population (total and by age groups)

Civil labor force
Labor participation rate (employment)
Unemployment rate
Median household income or GDP (whichever is available for all 3 comparisons)
Educational attainment (high school, some college, bachelors, post-grad, etc.)
a discussion of the similarities and differences in the data that you noticed
a reflection of what this data could potentially mean to you in your future career(s)
