Question Description
For this assignment, choose four of the five theories that you read in Miles (2012). With those four theories create a matrix, graph, or table depicting the four chosen theories. Choose an organization in which you are familiar (your school, university, faith-based organization, socially-based organization, or your current/previous workplace), and then reflect on the following items in your paper:
Identify elements of your chosen theories that are similar to your chosen organization’s culture and structure.
Discuss elements of your chosen theories that differ from your chosen organization’s culture and structure
Recognize ways your chosen organization could benefit by adopting either one or more of the theories.
Discuss ways that the chosen theories could strengthen your leadership and teams.
Your reflective paper allows for first and second person language.
Length: 3-5 pages, including matrix/chart
References: Support your work with at least four scholarly resources.
Your reflection should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your submission should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
