Question Description
The purpose of this assignment is observe management styles and their impact on employee morale and team building. You will compose a minimum 500-word paper to discuss your findings.
Select a manager who directly supervises you or one that you have observed managing employees where you are interning and comment on his or her management style and how it relates to any of the styles you learned about from one of your college courses. Students who have not covered this material in any of their classes to date will need to do independent research to learn about these styles.
Complete independent research to support your discussion of the paper topic. A minimum of three external sources from textbooks and/or UNLV Library peer-reviewed journals is required.

textbook, websites and/or journal articles)
How this style of management impacts employee morale in a positive or negative way
How this style of management affects team-building efforts in a positive or negative way.

Dining restaurant
– It is aJapanese-Hawaiian fusion restaurant with about 30 seats located near SpringMountain road. There are lots of Asian restaurants located at Spring Mountain,and Mom’s Teriyaki has its specialty by having unique take-out section and attentionto details on its bento boxes with reasonable price range. Menu of Mom’sTeriyaki includes chicken plates, Japanese salad and appetizers, bento boxeswith different choice of meats, and rice bowls. Overall mood of the restaurantis casual with little noise and is decorated with Japanese interior items likeManeki Neko sculpture. Hours of operation is from 11:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M, and itis closed on every Sunday. Since there is no alcohol serving, and eachmenu-item is prepared quickly, there is high seat turn-over rate for tables.Customers are various, usually local customers who are looking for quick lunchand dinner, or workers who want to take-out foods for their work.
My manager has a leadership that is combination of persuasive and laissez-faire. He trusts each individual who work in Mom’s Teriyaki and lets us handle major complaints and problems by ourselves.
