The assignment is a 2 pages paper (at least 500 words not including title page and reference page).
the topic of the paper is “The Legal, Ethical, and Administrative Purpose of Informed Consent”.
I have 4 sources that must be included (attached below)
there is a rubric for the assignment (attached). The photos part should be 2 photos of informed consent forms or photos of people filling forms in a hospital. the point is to use photo to cite them correctly in an APA style.
