You and your colleagues manage the Technology Development team within a company based in Ireland.
The company is planning to expand its business internationally which will include selling its products / services
to customers outside of Ireland.
This expansion will require significant investment in technology to grow the
digital capabilities of the company and ensure that it can reach and serve customers all over the world.
You have been asked by your CEO to prepare a presentation that will recommend a new digital strategy for
the company as it plans to broaden its presence worldwide.
