From the case in Chapter 12, determine whether providing employees with a telecommuting option could help resolve the current high employee turnover issue. Provide specific examples to support your response.
I think providing employees with a telecommuting option could help with the turnover because it will give options for consumers. More are wanting to work from these days because it gives them the chance to do more things they want to do. It is especially useful for people with families. Some jobs are better if they can do it from there homes because people will be more motivated to get the work done. Work may go faster so that you can get other things done.
Using the Internet and your textbook, analyze critical issues and considerations that can impact expatriate compensation. Next, identify and describe one (1) of the most challenging aspects in setting compensation. Provide specific examples to support your response.
The issues that impact expatriate compensation is that the cost can be too high at times. People want to be able to afford what they are getting. It can be difficult knowing what the package includes. Alternatively, what is the best way to deliver packages to people?
