This week’s focus is on how group memberships influence you as a human services professional, specifically as a leader. You have thought about how your group memberships influence your sense of identity and experiences within your community, so now consider how they may influence you as a leader.
Engage in a conversation with your course community about the following:

How might your group memberships be a benefit and a challenge to you as a human services leader?

As always, if you are relying on someone else’s ideas when presenting yours, you should reference their paper, article, et cetera. This includes sharing references to your fellow students’ ideas!
