Fruity Surprise will be administered from one creation office as a venture with the ability around 1000 liters per hour depending on the orders and customers on waiting. To achieve this goal, the organization will need at least ten workers in this office. The initial procedure will be guided by strict quality control and assessment method guaranteeing to meet any guidelines and policies regarding smoothies and beverages. To be pollution free, we will use pure water and modern softening methods (Albers et al., 2015). In the same context controlled measures of sugar with refreshment formula will be blended underweight to ensure the fizziness of the drinks. A mechanized system will then be utilized to apportion the blend into amounts that fit the cups for the clients. Before dispatching these drinks, they will be fitted with stickers with the company names and to achieve complete differentiation names of the clients if the orders are to be hand delivered (Laudon & Traver, 2016). For products, hand-delivered the delivery men will use coolers and specialized equipment in vehicles to keep the drinks in frozen states. Drinks offered at the outlet will also follow suit.

Customer service will be done through four of the ten employees. this will include a reception area for the store related sales where orders are made, and calls received for delivery jobs. The other three employees will serve the clients while the five others work on making the drinks as the clients wait. We are also implementing complements for clients that wat for more than five minutes. Drive-by sales will be automated and hence only one worker will be used in that section (Cardozo, 2018). Considering that we already have most of the inventory including the sources of vegetables and fruits from the local farmers, an outlet store and other equipment such as blenders and most importantly the labor. In the future, we are looking for opportunities to integrate non-sugary smoothies through research and technology for the diabetic communities and people looking to reduce sugar intake (Laudon & Traver, 2016).

Technology

Hardware is vital in this case. Fruity Surprise is looking to use each of the six equipment characterizations such as input, output, storage devises, central taking care unit, data transfer, joining equipment among others. Each of this equipment is segregated and basic to the production of the firm. At Fruity Surprise we will utilize computers to mechanize and run the systems.

Proper communication is also critical for an organization to function well. It is also critical to ensure that the telecommunications are founded on security principles. We will utilize the built-in 802.11b Wi-Fi, Bluetooth when needed especially over short distances (Laudon & Traver, 2016). We will also utilize the global systems for mobile communications also known as the general packet radio service. Lastly, multiple access radios will be utilized through the WLAN cell trades (Laudon & Traver, 2016).

Lastly, there are the software needs. Considering the use of computerized processes, Fruity Surprise will utilize the Log Files software. This software utilizes both the internet provider and internet service provider log recording systems. We will also need to assess different databases such as demographic data such as sex and postcodes of clients and target audience. Another service is the Microsoft Online Services which is a business-class transfer and joint effort program. This software utilizes cloud innovation. This software is cost-effective considering that setting up a company server is expensive than utilizing the cloud innovation. Lastly, for basic programming services, we will utilize STATISTICA which is a data excavator for collecting data from different sources (Albers et al., 2015).
